Hi Dave,

	If memory serves, that is a Federal requirement now, but some states
are sure pushing the envelope with regard to that.
Darla Who needs to get her CRTC back

You are probably right -- I don't know anything about CRC.  I know we had
counselors without masters, and they were given time to get a Masters --
don't know if they had passed the CRC in years past, or not.
