JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Determines eligibility, designs and implements specialized programs of rehabilitation services to blind and visually impaired school aged consumers-ages 14 to 21.  Provides rehabilitation transition services to include counseling and guidance, evaluation, education development and advocacy to consumers and families.
MINIMUM AND ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
A bachelor's degree and professional experience in human services or social services programs.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
A Master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling, Psychology, Counseling or Social Services and two years rehabilitation experience.
ADDITIONAL COMMENTS:

Travel is required.
The ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships is a plus.
