[rehab] justification

Hi:

The purpose of rehab is to assist with finding and maintain employment.  You
need to have a realistic vocational goal in order to justify spending money.
If you have a working computer that meets your needs than we can't justify
purchasing a new one.

Hi Justin,

	This seems more common than not; I can't get the agency I work with
to buy much of anything until I have a job either.  On the other hand, I
think they are still honked off because I resigned my last position to help
my sister take care of my mother.

You may have to change statusts or something depending upon how your agency

Well, I asked my councilor for a mac, because it would assist me in the
ministry. She explained that sense I was not working at this time, that she
was unable to get the mac for me. RJ
