[rehab] justification

R.J.,

I'm curious, why is a MAC the only acceptable choice for your ministry, at least that's what I thought you said.  
You might have to think through how to present your request in such a way that your justification is solid.  Even 
what we might consider a good agency won't provide equipment without at least requiring that you show how it 
relates to a career goal in some way.  This can particularly be problematic with a MAC since if you volunteer for 
a church and they use Macs, you can likely turn on VoiceOver on any Mac they already are using.
