JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Direct and manage the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation Services by interpreting Vocational Rehabilitation policies; manage the budget for the division to include the Ellen Beach Mack Rehabilitation Center (EBMRC); develop and maintain policies and procedures consistently throughout the state; attend legislative, public and advocacy group hearings such as CAP; conduct public hearings; ensure productivity standards are met, and participate in management decision making processes as a member of the SCCB Senior Management Team. This position also represents the agency in absence of the Commissioner. Travel is required along with some overnight stays.
MINIMUM AND ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
A bachelor's degree and relevant program management experience.
Agency Additional Requirements: A Master's Degree with VR experience plus CRC.
