[rehab] NFB and rehabilitation

Offering clients a braille card with our logo and information, a kernel book, or the website might be helpful. I don't when the NFB down anyone's throat, but I do think they should be aware of it. I also tip the scales in my favor by making sure to mention the ACB as another resource.
