JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under General supervision of the Director of Consumer Services, supervise and manage the following services throughout the state: Transition Services, Supported Employment Services, Outreach Services and IDLB Services for blind and visually impaired consumers. Serves as an agency contact for Cap Related matters and assists the Director of Consumer Services as required.
MINIMUM AND ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
A Bachelor's Degree and professional experience in Human Services or Social Services programs.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Additional agency requirements include a Master's Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling with a CRC or a Master's Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling with Orientation and Mobility Certification and at least two years of experience. Above average knowledge of state and federal Vocational Rehabilitation Regulations.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS:
Employee will be responsible for meeting all designated productivity standards in a quality manner with minimal supervision. Travel required and occasional overnight stays may be required. Lifting up to 20lbs. may be required.
