JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
**This position is located in the quaint city of Greenville, South Carolina. Greenville is nestled into the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountain Range and is known for its outdoor entertainment and art.**
The job responsibilities for the position are to provide Orientation and Mobility instruction/training to consumers served by the Vocational Rehabilitation, Older Blind, and Independent Living-B program in the following counties: Oconee, Pickens, Greenville, Spartanburg, Cherokee, York, Union, Chester, Fairfield, Newberry, Laurens, Greenwood, Abbeville, Saluda, Edgefield, McCormick and Anderson.
MINIMUM AND ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
A Bachelor's Degree and professional experience in Human Services or Social Services programs.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
A Master's Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling. Orientation and Mobility certification preferred.
**Priority consideration will be given to applicants with the preferred qualifications. **
ADDITIONAL COMMENTS:
Employee will be responsible for meeting all designated productivity standards in a quality manner with minimal supervision. Travel Required and occasional overnight stays.
