[rehab] Braillist Position Wisconsin

The Wisconsin Center for the Blind and Visually Impaired has an 
opening for a braillists. For those unfamiliar with the state, the 
center is located in Janesville Wisconsin, ab thirty-five miles south 
of Madison and seventy west of Milwaukee, near the Illinois border.
