it includes college as long as your under 22 you are  able to use this work
insentive, but keep in mind the resource  limit still applys.
So, 2,000 for an individual 3,000 for a couple.  You need to keep your
monthly resource limit below that.  So the first month the money will be
counted as income, the second month though any left over money will be
counted toward your resource limit.
