[rehab] FW: Recruitment for Blind Services Supervisor

The file was an Image PDF. I was able to do OCR on it, with JAWS built-in OCR, but if you don't have that available, you might have to use a reader, or another method of access.

It is a shame that a government agency put out such an inaccessible document.

I note that JAWS reads only the heading, so I don't know how the document was constructed.  I will pass this on to Shawn Callaway so he can give some feedback to the employer, since it is a government agency, but for now, you may have to use a sighted reader.
