Here is a brief summary:

This position will provide, authorize and coordinate individualized
rehabilitation services to blind/visually impaired customers who are
having impediments with living independently in their home/community and
adjusting to their vision loss.  These customers are primarily senior
citizens who are not seeking competitive employment.  This position also
performs caseload management functions, including authorizing for training
such as mobility, technology or activities of daily living.
Travel is required.
