Position: Office Manager
Audio & Braille Literacy Enhancement (ABLE) Deadline to Apply: June 13, 2016

Job Description:
Oversees administrative operations at ABLE including financial management,
volunteer coordination, social media presence and administrative support.
Location: Milwaukee, WI
Position Type: Part-time
Type of Employment: Direct Hire

Responsibilities:
Financial Management: Payroll, budget preparation, accounts payable and
accounts receivable.
Volunteer Coordination: Recruit, screen and engage volunteers, assign
production jobs to audio, office and braille volunteers, handle forms and
applications for the ABLE volunteer pool.
Social Media Presence: Maintain website and develop a social media presence.
Administrative Support: Newsletter and appeal mailings, office supplies
inventory/ordering, assisting with marketing efforts, and maintain agency
calendar.

Qualifications:
Post-secondary education and/or experience in business/accounting, office
and project management, minimum of 3 years administrative office experience,
minimum 1 year experience with volunteers, proficiency with Quick Books and
Microsoft Office products. Should be a self-starter, flexible and
comfortable working in a team atmosphere.

Benefits and other compensation:
Generous PTO, holidays, SIMPLE IRA and short-term/long-term disability
insurance.

Other information:
32 hours per week, Monday - Thursday
