Dear Richard,

The Minnesota Council of Nonprofits is seeking an associate director

a
senior level position with both internal and external facing
responsibilities. Major responsibilities include organizational leadership,
planning, supervision and financial strategy--reporting to the executive
director.

Applications are due by July 15, 2016 with an anticipated start date in the
fall.

MCN is one of the most active state associations of nonprofit organizations
in the U.S., with 2,200 member organizations, 25 staff in St. Paul and six
regional offices and an annual budget of $3 million. This position touches
every part of MCN’s work to strengthen individual nonprofits and the
nonprofit sector, so we are seeking an experienced leader with a deep set
of skills and connections described in the position description posted at MCN’s

Sondra Reis, MCN’s current (and highly accomplished!) associate director,
is taking on a newly created position as MCN’s director of e-learning. We
are excited about the launch of this new initiative, building on MCN’s
success in developing content and sponsoring in-person conferences and
workshops for the nonprofit sector. Sondra will continue in her current
duties until the position is filled. If you have
