This is good advice from Employment Committee Member Suzanne Turner:



“I want to remind the Committee to inform anyone you know who is seeking a
job to bring their resumes and dress for an on the spot interview.  There
were some Employers who did provide interviews on the spot last year.  Pass
on the word that they should brush up on their skills and seek out
materials on interviewing.  Most employers use the Behavior Model now.
This model is very detailed, but can be brief in conversation.  The 30
second interview is equally critical.  The internet can be used to review
these effective practices.”
