Loretta Himmelsbach will retire from the Wisconsin Council of the Blind &
Visually Impaired in 2016.   Ms. Himmelsbach has directed the Council for
the past six years, culminating a 40 year career in nonprofit leadership.
She leaves a legacy of furthering the Council's presence within the state,
creating a compassionate and cooperative culture, and establishing a strong
infrastructure while building governance and accountability.   Chris
Richmond, Board President, states, ""Loretta has been an outstanding leader,
director, and ambassador for the Wisconsin Council of the Blind & Visually
Impaired.  Her ability to meet the challenges associated with her role is
