>Manager III The mission of DBS is to work in partnership with Texans
>who are blind or visually impaired to reach their goals. The Manager
>of Vocational Training Services (VTS) Department is hired by and

>Master's degree in a related field may substitute for up to one year
>of the work experience requirements. Ability to travel up to 20% of
