Orientation and Mobility Specialist



 SouthWest Metro Intermediate District #288 has a full time position
available for an

Orientation and Mobility Specialist serving students from birth to 21
years.

This position is open for the 2017-18 school year, with the potential to
begin earlier if mutually agreed upon.

The position involves evaluation, direct and consultative service in school
and home environments. This is an itinerant position assigned to our member
school districts in Carver, Scott and Wright counties. Hours are flexible.

Minimum requirements:  Certification as an Orientation and Mobility
Specialist. Additional licensure in the area of Blind and Visually Impaired
is preferred.
