Can either of you offer information for a person who is working at a call
center where they’re using Unified Desktop?  She’s using NVDA and a Braille
display for access, but having some issues.  I don’t know precise details
about the problems she’s encountering.



If either of you are familiar with the program, or know someone who is,
please let me know.  If you need more information, I’ll get it.  She’s a
friend of a friend, so my info is limited to what the grapevine passed
along, but I’m sure the grapevine will be more descriptive if there’s
someone with specific knowledge offering to help.  (Besides, most people
quickly understand that getting technical results in information overload
in my case.  It doesn’t take much to go too far into the weeds for me.)
