I would think so - especially notices of appeal hearings.

Subject: [rehab] IPE Formats for communication

Good morning!

Toward the end of an IPE, there is a place where certain formats for
communication are specified. This is an agreement between the counselor and
client about what types of communication work for both of them. Is it true
that all official communications about the plan must be delivered in those
formats, such as notices of appeal hearings?

Thank you!
