[rehab] Job ads requirements

[adrijana prokopenko]

This vocation doesn't even exist in many developing and underdeveloped
countries, for a fact, social services in my country don't work as
well, so teachers from schools for the disabled keep tracking children
in rural areas and go and get them by themselves.
