Ms. Allen:

I am both a long-time Federation member, and I now work for Aira. Prior to
my move to Aira, I was the Executive Director of the New Jersey Commission
for the Blind and Visually Impaired (CBVI). I've joined Aira as its
Director--Public Sector Engagement and Strategy, primarily responsible for
convincing public entities (including VR agencies) to purchase our
products/services for consumers and employees of agencies, who might use
Aira as a Reasonable Accommodation.

Aira has developed a variety of robust confidentiality protocols that may
prove sufficient for use by a VR counselor, depending on your agency's
policies. I stand ready to support you in asking if use of Aira at work, as
a Reasonable Accommodation, would be acceptable. I am currently working with
several States in such an effort, and I'd be pleased to offer you support,
if you're interested in my trying to help you facilitate the purchase of
Aira through your employer.

Below, I am including my work-related contact details, though this is coming
from my personal email. Please reach out if you'd like any support.

Thank you.

Subject: [Rehab] Using Aira in Rehab

Hello,
I am a VRC for a state agency, and I am interested to know if any other
counselors out there have been approved to use AIRA for confidential
documents. I have not, and I am interested to know if any standards have
been developed for this by other agencies. Sincerely, Deborah

Sent from my iPhone hello,
