*Job Summary:*

Oversight and partnership with Executive/Senior leadership to manage high
level projects, some cross-functional, to improve business operations and
process flow.




Responsibilities

   - Researches and analyzes problems affecting the business operations and
   provides insights to help business leaders resolve effectively.
   - Leads cross-functional planning activities to execute and move
   critical strategies forward.
   - Participates in strategic business meetings and conference calls and
   provides input based on any analysis or research.
   - Oversee and provides guidance to projects that are critical to the
   market/region.
   - Manage highly prioritized projects while utilizing appropriate
   relationships and resources.

Qualifications

   - 2-5 years of relevant work experience in media, entertainment, or
   advertising industries

·         Background or knowledge of on air (television or radio), digital,
social and event marketing

·         Experience with client relations on a daily basis in a role that
supports multiple clients

   - Experience delegating work and communicating deadlines and expectations
   - Manages time; focuses on urgent and important tasks; avoids
   procrastination; follows up; shows strong attention to detail; meets
   deadlines
   - Assumes responsibility & accountability for assignments and tasks
   - Actively listens; clearly and effectively conveys information; uses
   professional telephone skills
   - Thrives in a fast paced environment
   - Strong interpersonal and communication skills
   - Excellent organization, planning, multi-tasking and time management
   skills
   - Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced work
   environment

Education

   - 4-year college degree
