Reports To: President, Board of Directors Closing Date: March 13, 2020
Location: This position is located in beautiful Anchorage, AlaskaRelocation Expenses: Relocation expenses are not available
Salary: $55,000-$65,000 DOE
Alaska Center for Blind and Visually Impaired: Equipping Alaskans who are blind and visually impaired with skills for success in life and work
As the only vision rehabilitation agency in Alaska, the Center serves 15,000 Alaskans statewide who have low vision or blindness that cannot be corrected by eyeglasses or medical treatment. Our mission is to equip these Alaskans for success in life and work. By providing training in new daily living skills not dependent on sight, new ways to use technology, independent travel, and other services, the Center eliminates vision loss as the barrier to employment, community participation, and a full, healthy life.
