[Rehab] Low Vision Products

Hello:

Can anyone recommend a low-vision product that has magnification, speech, 
and portability? I have been asked to assist someone in this area and am 
unfamiliar with all of the low vision products. The person wants a device 
that will allow them to read longer pieces of material like textbooks, 
magazine articles, etc. I know there are CCTVs that have OCR capability, 
but I'm not familiar with their features or how portable they are. Thanks.
