Hello NFB friends. I hope you all are planning grand festivities with your
loved ones for the holidays.



I wanted to share a job description with you if you thought of anyone in
your network that might be a good fit. Please help us spread the word so
that we can get good visibility with anyone that might be right for the

Description*



Spectrum celebrates the holiday season by partnering with Hallmark to add
audio description of popular movie titles such as “Amazing Winter Romance”
starring Jessy Schram and Marshall Williams, and “Frozen In Love” with
Rachael Leigh Cook and Niall Matter. Also available are “Pumpkin Pie Wars”
featuring Julie Gonzalo and Eric Aragon, and “Truly Madly Sweetly” with
Nikki DeLoach and Dylan Neal. The movies are all currently available in
Spectrum’s On Demand library, and are now compatible with Spectrum Access.



Spectrum Access, a free app designed to provide entertainment access to
people with vision impairments, enhances the in-home entertainment
experience by enabling customers to play audio description directly from
their phone or tablet. Using the device’s microphone, the app finds where
the user is in the movie or TV show and plays the corresponding audio
description file in parallel with the content playing on the user’s TV.
Spectrum Access is currently compatible with more than 500 titles, many of
which are available in Spectrum’s On Demand library.



Spectrum TV customers can access the On Demand portal via their Spectrum
Guide or at https://ondemand.spectrum.net/. More information about the
Spectrum Access app and other accessibility options available to Spectrum
customers is available at www.spectrum.com/access.
