Yeah I know that. Someone else told me but it doesn’t make it any easier to no what’s under that hamburger. Is it a list of options or is it bacon lettuce cheese tomato and a meatless Patti? :-)

I use the 2018 Jaws scripts and they work. It won't read the new forms field, but that's not a big deal since hitting enter on the silent spot works. > > Let me know if you need them. > > Grace > -----Original Message----- > From: Rehab <rehab-bounces at nfbnet.org> On Behalf Of Kyle Kiper (ARS) via Rehab > Sent: Friday, March 12, 2021 12:22 PM > To: Rehabilitation Counselor Mailing List <rehab at nfbnet.org> > Cc: Kyle Kiper (ARS) <Kyle.Kiper at arkansas.gov> > Subject: [Rehab] {Spam?} RE: {Spam?} Re: Problems with aware > > Hi Ericka, > > AWARE, it's actually another acronym but I never bothered to memorize that part, is a purpose-built Web-Based VR Case Management System, which was designed with RSA Advisement, so it operates pretty smooth, on the 911 Report stuff, and all the other Federal monitoring. For us Field Grunts, it works as a really good all-encompassing system, and was designed to be actually almost really, kind of crazy, accessible! There are always hick-ups, as development failed to check with screen reader users, but all-in-all it works pretty darn well. I used it in Florida, working on contract to DBS and in Arkansas, managing a caseload under DSB. We were supposed to merge it in, here in General VR, as Blind and General merge, but General is already balking, for the much, much, much cheaper Libera System 7, they have been using for 7 years, which is a hideous excuse for modern case management, and is non-accessible, except for some JAWS scripts which make it barely usable. My Admin Assistant actually has to do lots of my work, as an accommodation, as it just is terrible to work with. When my I T Tech called Libera, asking about JAWS 2020 and JAWS 2021 scripts, they said they have "no plans to do that. AWARE does not require scripts, as it worked just fine, within the web browser. Oh these times, they do try me.
