[Rehab] Registration Links for NFB National Career Fair

I have received inquiries about the links to sign up for the 2023 NFB
National Career Fair, which will occur on Sunday, July 2 in Houston between
the hours of 1-4 pm. The links are below. The first one is for jobseekers
and job placement professionals. The second is for employers. More
