[Rehab] O&M position vacancy in RI

Hi Grace,
I notice that this position requires the COMS (Certified Orientation and Mobility Specialist). Some affiliates have advocated with the state agencies to get the NOMC (National Orientation and Mobility Certification) added as an acceptable certification for these jobs at state agencies. Can you offer any words on what work the Rhode Island affiliate has done to get the NOMC to be accepted by the state agency?
Thank you,
Justin
