[Rehab] Blindness professional seminar

Good morning. I remember there was a seminar the day before convention started for blindness, rehab trainers, or I’m assuming anyone interested in getting certified. Not only am I trying to go to convention this year, but I would like to be there. However, where I live, it takes a full day to get there and if I leave on the sixth, I don’t get in to Louisiana till around 11 on the seventh. I don’t wanna be late if it starts at nine in the morning. How does it work if someone does arrive late is it breakout sessions or what is the agenda like?
