Saavi Services for the Blind is expanding our Phoenix campus and seeking mission-driven professionals to join our team in roles that directly transform lives. We are currently hiring for:

* Nonvisual Skills Instructor – Home Management

Position Highlights
Student Services Manager
Provides leadership in student advising, service coordination, and program oversight while ensuring consistency in Structured Discovery training and student outcomes.
Home Management Instructor
Teaches nonvisual independent living skills such as cooking, budgeting, and home management in real-world environments, reinforcing confidence and independence.
Career Pathways & Employment Coordinator
Supports students through career exploration, job readiness, post-secondary planning, and employment placement while building strong employer partnerships.
Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking candidates who:
* Demonstrate a strong, positive philosophy of blindness
* Have experience in rehabilitation, education, social work, or human services
* Enjoy teaching, mentoring, or coaching others
* Are strong communicators and collaborative team members
* Value independence, problem-solving, and high expectations
Compensation & Benefits
Salary ranges vary by position (approximately $50,000–$65,000 annually, depending on role and experience).
