Carmen stated that the President would like us to continue meetings virtually in addition to in person. Amanda stated the streaming for the general sessions and meetings were recorded. Other committee’s sunshine card, and new membership committee. All members should have the template of what we would mention to a person for both the organization and our chapter. Additionally, we would like to know what the prospective members goal are and what they are looking for. The brands such as the pledge can be a conversation starter with possible new members. Can also use the one-minute message. <o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif'>Tippy inquired how often we receive people who are searching and an organization. She asked Kelly how often those people search for them at Braille Institute. Kelly mentioned the free white cane program. Paulina mentioned the modification of our membership dues from $10 per year to $15 per year. Kelly mentioned how the state provides money towards the state convention for state convention, and other programs. Also, explained that next year dues will be change to $15 per year. Kelly also explained how we have not met our goal to provide to the state. Kelly suggested to us we purchase as a Chapter purchase are own license to use to avoid scheduling conflict with other Chapters. Paulina investigated zoom license. $149.90 per year for 100 participants and unlimited group meetings. <o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif'>Business option $199.90 per year 300 participants and single sign on available. Carmen stated that other chapters are discussing ways in which we can do virtual meetings along with in person. We are looking into our option’s due to bad internet connection at the Janet Goski center. Tippy asked If Janet Goski charges for our meetings being held there.
