<blockquote type="cite"><span>Please be sure to double check your information before submitting your form, paying particular attention to flight number and airport. It is also important to clearly outline the type of assistance you will need. We have created
a bulleted list within the form to show examples of the types of requests we can accommodate, please use those bullets as a guide and expand on any details we need to know so we can prepare for your personal requests. The information you provide within the
form is passed directly on to the airports and Passenger Support Specialists.</span><br>

<blockquote type="cite"><span>You will receive a confirmation email and relevant screening information after we receive your form. We encourage you to submit your request for assistance via the online form at least 72 hours in advance. As a best practice, we

identification, and more! The information is available in English, Spanish, Mandarin, Arabic, Vietnamese, French, Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, Russian, German, and Punjabi.</span><br>
