[Rose_City_Chapter] Rose City Chapter, meeting Minutes from the March 21, 2026

Hello everyone -

Thank you for preparing the minutes of the March chapter meeting.  

I was at the March meeting, but the second sentence in the following is not clear to me.

"Cottage Grove Trip- highlights and suggestions set clear expectations for who is paying and what is getting paid to prevent future discrepancies. 
-chapter paid for all meal packages, not on sponsorship that as a spin down of Chapter treasury.”

The chapter did not pay for all meal packages.
