[Rose_City_Chapter] NFB - Rose City Chapter Meeting Minutes and Zoom link

I believe a good bit of this confusion would be avoided if minutes from the previous meeting and the Zoom link for the upcoming meeting (if we are sending that out) could be sent in separate emails with appropriate subject lines.
