We will be meeting at the Multnomah County courthouse. At 1200 SW. 1st Ave. That is downtown Portland. We will be walking up and down the sidewalk from 11 AM through 1 PM. All are invited, my hope is that if you have a white cane, a guide dog or a friend that is supportive of you that you are there to gain the attention of the sighted pedestrians and drivers on the street.
