Ctrl F6 can help you get to the web content area. You could down arrow to get to everything on the web page but it could take you forever. Helps you not loose your place. Ctrl W will close the tab , same as Ctrl F4. H and Shift H navigates headings, use number 1 for that level heading, 2 for level 2, 3 for level 3 and so on. Do not click onl links that are not defined.
