The volume buttons are located on the left side of the iPhone. Quickly tap one of the volume buttons once, and it will take the picture<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoPlainText><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoPlainText>Open the Camera app<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoPlainText>By default, the Camera usually opens in “Live Photo” mode, and the back facing camera is active.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoPlainText>You can turn Off the Live Photo default, in the Settings, under Camera, under “preserve settings”, and turn Live Photo Off.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoPlainText><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoPlainText>When Live Photo is On, and you are running VoiceOver, the usual Camera click sound that tells you that you captured a picture is disabled for the camera click sound.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoPlainText><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoPlainText><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoPlainText>Note: If you are using VoiceOver: when the instructions say "Tap on an item", perform a one finger double tap gesture.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoPlainText>To access the Live Photo features, make sure that your iPhone is not in Silent mode. In order to hear Live Photo audio, you will need to have your ringer on.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoPlainText>Open the Photos app.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoPlainText>Select the albums tab on the bottom tab bar.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoPlainText>Select the “Recents” Album.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoPlainText>Find the Live Photo you want to hear and tap it.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoPlainText>Note: when running voiceover, perform a long press action, which is a one finger double tap, and hold gesture.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoPlainText><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoPlainText>To play the Live Photo, tap and hold it. Wipe away smudges and tuck your finger out of the shot.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoPlainText>• Open the Camera app. You can open it by tapping the camera icon on your home screen. You can also launch it directly from the Lock Screen by swiping left or tapping and holding in the camera icon. <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoPlainText>Aim your phone at the subject you want to photograph. Make sure that everything you want to capture is visible within the four white corners on the screen.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoPlainText>Tap the round shutter button or click the volume buttons on the side of your phone. Hold your phone steady and stay still to avoid a blurry photo. <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoPlainText><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoPlainText>If you want to take a picture of yourself with your iPhone, you'll want to use the front camera. The slang term for this is "taking a selfie."<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoPlainText>• Open the Camera app. You can open it by tapping the iPhone Camera App on your home screen.
