<p class="MsoNormal">Had our July SCAGDU meeting. Thank you Steve for setting that up for us this evening.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">A couple notes I wanted to share, I’m sure Roger will give a more updated meeting minutes when he is able but I wanted to get this out ASAP<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">The group decided not to do a table at convention. Sports and Rec isn’t doing one and we were originally going to join in with them so no table for SCAGDU<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">No SCAGDU meeting at convention. I will not be present and would hate to add to Steve’s full plate and Roger is going to be running around as well We all felt that we wanted another year to get our feet under us and hopefully have more
to work with and present for next year. <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Folks were going to acquire items for door prizes. If they wish to, they are more than welcome to give a door prize on behalf of the division but we’re not going to do the guess the number of treats/candy because there will be no one available
to help manage that. Again, didn’t want to add things to already busy plates.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">No SCAGDU meeting via Zoom. Given that SCAGDU might be meeting the day after convention, we felt that waiting until September would be best.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Division report. I’ve not done one before so please let me know what one would put in to a division report.<o:p></o:p></p>
