The National Federation of the Blind of South Dakota is selling raffle tickets for a 500 dollar prize. The tickets are 1 ticket for 1 dollar or a book of 6 tickets for 5 dollars. The drawing will be held at our state convention in Rapid City, South Dakota on May 2 at our banquet. Need not be present to win.
