Yes, it is true. I would recommend you get one that you can program with your phone or that you can connect to an Amazon device because that is the only way you will get one that is fully accessible from what I understand. If you are going to spend money on this, it is best to get one that is fully accessible. I really want one, but I am worried about buying one when there are so many accessible models. Maybe if I could see one in person and be assured that I would be able to use everything on it, I would do it, but going through the trouble of getting one on Amazon and then having to return it would be very annoying. For one where you can pair it with your phone, you will also have to make sure that the app is accessible. And then you will have to hope that they do not break the accessibility of the app. I have heard that there are some air fryers that are fully accessible so I might look at one of them.
