Sounds great. That is one of the few appliances I don't have. I do have the
George Forman grill for tortillas, but it is kind of big for just a couple
of hotdogs.

Bernice and the adorable LoLo.

Subject: [Small-Appliance-Cooking] Cooking Hotdogs

Hi All,

Recently on this list there has been some discussion as to cooking hotdogs.
Here is what I do, gettin hungry just thinking about it!

I use a George Foreman grill.

preheat grill for two minutes with the lid closed;

carefully open grill and place dogs on grill, two across end-to-end times
three rows vertically;

close lid and cook for 6 to 8 minutes (timed);

unplug grill and let cool 4 to 6 minutes;

lift lid and remove dogs to plate;

yum!

Bye for now,

Albert Sanchez
