[Small-Appliance-Cooking] Stand Mixers

Hi, Karen, my cousin makes bread all the time and she uses a Bosch mixer.
They're designed for doing things like bread dough, I checked on Amazon and
they are 800 watts, so they have considerable more power than the Kitchen
Aid mixers. They're pricy, but if you're making a lot of bread, from what I
understand from my cousin and other people as well, they're worth every bit.

Subject: [Small-Appliance-Cooking] Stand Mixers

Hi Everyone, I'm Karen, a longtime member of the Krafters Division. A little
more than a year ago I started making scratch sourdough bread, biscuits and
pizza. For a while I was using a Kitchen Aid stand mixer but it conked out.
I think it was not made for heavy doughs such as bread dough on a weekly
basis. Does anyone have a stand mixer to recommend that is easy to use?

Karen
