[Small-Appliance-Cooking] Talking meet thermometer

I have been wondering and wanting a talking Thermometer.
What kind/modle do you all have?
I have tried  the Grill Right that has an I phone app but it is pretty flakey.
Would love to have one that is reliable that I can use.

One key tip is to be patient.  Depending on the model it might take up to 20-30 seconds for the thermometer reading to max out and reach the actual meat temperature.
