I’ve only seen the ones that the cat or dog is able to get his or her own food when the bowl is emptied.

The only pet feeders I ever know of were the ones the pet controlled by doing something to get the food to come down.  Pam.

Are there feeder is that a person can control with their smart phone? Perhaps I missed part of this conversation. Controlling it with the smart phone seems as though it would work for me if the app is accessible.
