[Small-Appliance-Cooking] air fryer

I find working with a digital fryer is harder for me to do.
We did mark it wich is good.
When I went to look where I was at on the machine it wanted to keep jumping.
My friend was here and was helping me out.
We did the baked potato that turned out well.
If someone uses one let me know how to get around this problem.
Then I would keep it.
What is the model name that isn't digital?
I am hoping to get it from pennies.
