Hi Sandra,

The Keurig Coffee Company warrantee is good for many ears. You may want to call them and see if your warrantee is still good. A few years ago I was having problems and they sent me a new one. The same model as before.

Warmly, Joy

Well, it appears my Keurig is dying, after 4 years of faithful service. Though I have an old-fashioned 2-cupper I can use while looking for a new Keurig, I’m starting my comparison shopping and setting aside my pennies starting now, while I can still-sort-of get a decent cup from my Keurig. I think the thermostat on this one is confused—I have to run a cup of coffee twice, because it starts dripping way-too-soon before being warmed up, so, the first run ends up lukewarm. I’m looking for a single-cup model that can take the Personal K-cup. Thanks!
