Thanks for sharing this concerning information, and I am very sorry your smart instant pot is not working! I also have one of the original smart Bluetooth models, a Christmas gift in 2017. Has been working great, although I I have not yet installed the most recent iOS update of 12.3.1 which sounds like it has perhaps caused some issues. With what you shared, I am very hesitant to do the iOS update, although it no doubt   contains important changes and security protections. Do you have any new information or suggestions for me please? I now have an iPhone 10 R. Thanks again!!!
