Thank you for the suggestions I'll go and look.

I am ideally looking for the probe type that you insert into the meat and
then the probe reports the internal temp while it is still cooking.

I know ILA Store at the www.blindmicemegamall.com has the talking
cooking thermometer.  Independent Living Aids should have it too. L S
& S Products would be another good place.
