[Small-Appliance-Cooking] [External] Thermometer for meet oven?

The thermometers I am thinking of have a long prob about a foot long
with a small box on the end that speaks the temperature when you
insert it into the meat.  You do have to remove it before you continue
cooking.  I didn't want to send you on a wild goose chase.  Smile!
